1. Who provides the service
The duelforge.ai website and the DuelForge AI app (ver.duelforge.ai) are provided by Gonzalo Pareja, an individual trading under the business name “DuelForge AI”, Tax ID (NIF) 50314815S, address C/ Atocha 82, 4ºB, Madrid (Spain). Contact: [email protected].
By using the website or the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Minimum age
The app and its productions are for adults aged 18 and over only. Before watching content marked 18+ you will be asked to confirm your age. Declaring a false age is a breach of these terms.
3. The service
DuelForge AI is a streaming platform for original productions (battles, episodic stories and premieres) created by our studio with artificial intelligence. Productions are free to watch in the app, which opens inside Telegram. Some content is exclusive to members; its conditions are shown in the app before you access it.
We may change, add or remove productions and features, and we do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption.
4. Account
To watch general content you only need to declare your age. Members-only content may require an account with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your account under your control.
5. Votes and predictions
- In the app, you vote on which battle gets produced next. Votes help shape the catalogue, but the final editorial decision belongs to the studio.
- In the community channel we publish polls where you predict who you think will win each fight. They are predictions: the outcome of each fight is decided by the story itself, not by votes.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to manipulate votes with automated means or fake accounts, not to attempt unauthorised access to our systems and not to download or redistribute the productions outside the channels provided.
7. Intellectual property
The productions, characters, worlds, stories, trademarks and other content belong to the owner or are used with permission. You may watch them in the app for personal, non-commercial use and share links to them.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from interruptions, errors or misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, we will also announce it in the app.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular the LSSI-CE and, regarding data protection, the GDPR and the LOPDGDD. Any dispute will be heard by the competent Spanish courts in accordance with the law; if you are a consumer, by the courts of your place of residence.
